We are currently recruiting for a Producer. We are looking for someone who is happy organising and managing our resources, as much as overseeing the smooth running of the team, projects and budgets.
The Role
As an integral member of our Production team, you will create engaging content on behalf of global brands.
Reporting to our Head of Production, our Producer will be responsible for ensuring the continued smooth running of distillery client projects. This includes overseeing creative development, content production and client management for our diverse range of clients.
Creative thinking
A benefit would be a deep understanding of social. And to be able to manage the creative process, alongside our Creative Director, and take a brief to final delivery. Naturally, this means you need to be full of great ideas as well. Or have a black book filled with contacts who you’ve worked with to develop great ideas in the past and want to bring to life excellent video content creation.
Client facing
Part and parcel of delivering great work is making sure clients get what they need and enjoy working with us. We need someone who wants to work with clients in partnership and to take pride in being the best we can be in terms of making clients happy and successful and truly fulfilling the work our clients ask us to do.
Project Management
We work on all sorts of different social video content projects with clients.
You’ll need an eye for detail, be commercially minded and have a desire to be profitable and to see where we might be more profitable without letting quality and creative discipline slip.
You’ll need to have a proven experience bringing together all of the various elements required for complex shoots, in a range of environments, both quickly and efficiently both on time and on budget for live action and/ or edit based, or motion graphics projects.
Clearly, we all need to know what’s going on with live projects; being efficient and communicative around project management is as important as the project management itself. So, your ability to work independently while communicating with stakeholders at key moments during the process is tremendously important.
Other elements we’d love you to have but that aren’t critical are YouTube Certification and it would be grand if you’ve managed live streaming over Hangouts & YouTube and worked with high profile online influencers.
What you’ll do:
Produce high-quality visual and written content across all social media platforms - delivering engaging work for clients and internal teams.
Work on localisation and transcreation of content, ensuring it is relevant for different global audiences
Build collaborative relationships built on trust with our clients
Support the ideation of content by working with colleagues to bring ideas to life, advising on production and creating original ideas in response to briefs
Work within our Studio’s production workflow to create video and written content - this could include imagery, video, GIFs etc along with the adaptation of current assets
Ensure that each campaign is delivered in line with project timelines to the satisfaction of all project stakeholders
Ensure all content is delivered on time and on budget – beautifully crafted and creatively executed to help brands win new fans
Create systems as required for projects that involve a lot of different moving parts such as stock images or varying language graphics across multiple deliverables
Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in video and content across social platforms and technology / devices
What you need to have:
Proven experience of working on multiple content production projects and workflows.
Experience of taking briefs from clients and working with a team to formalise a creative response
Ability to brief suppliers, negotiate rates and keep them to schedule
Ability to set up systems/ documents to work efficiently with clients and suppliers
Experience in building budgets and schedules according to project requirements
Post production experience including:
edits and re-edits of stock footage
motion graphic projects
sourcing VO’s and running audio sessions
Full proficiency producing content for social media platforms
Excellent attention to detail
Collaborative and a strong team-player
Experience in working with all major video platforms
Understanding of usage and clearance requirements for music, images and footage
Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and well organised
