Personalisation: why is it not the same as customisation, why are brands using it to win fans, and where to stop before it gets creepy? These were some of the questions buzzing at distillery’s event Personalisation at Scale: The Future of Marketing, on the 5th of February 2020.
We were thrilled to fill Samsung KX with distillery guests and welcome a panel of experts to discuss the smart use of data for creating advertisements, products, and experiences that are smart, relevant, personalised, and above all, human.
Our very own MD Steve Wheen also took the stage to announce the launch of our video personalisation engine voundry, by distillery, and share key insights for brands to really get their voices heard and their content seen in an oversaturated online world.
